Gone Quiet and Bought Once — the two win-back audiences, and reading Usual cycle before you send.
Gone Quiet targets regulars whose gap since their last purchase has passed your threshold. Filters: Quiet for at least (days), and Repeat buyers only — tick the second so you don’t sweep in people who only ever bought once.
Gone Quiet — regulars whose gap since the last purchase has stretched past your threshold.
Bought Once targets people who tried you and never returned. One filter: Bought at least this long ago (days).
Bought Once — people who tried you and never returned.
The recipient table adds Usual cycle — how often that customer normally buys. Someone whose cycle is 39 days and is now at 100 is genuinely overdue; someone whose cycle is 383 days is not. Use it to avoid pestering people who were never frequent.
{storelink} is available on both tabs and is worth using — it drops your storefront address into the text so the customer can browse straight from it.
If something looks wrong
The Birthdays tab does nothing — known gap: the pane doesn’t load in this build. Use the other three tabs.
A customer never gets the text — they may be on DND, already texted today, or inside your repeat gap.
Prevention beats win-back: a thank-you text the day after each purchase (Sales & Customers -> Automatic Messages) keeps new customers coming back. See the "Automatic messages" article.
