Every panel on the main Dashboard — cash collected, profit, who owes you and who you owe.
Your Dashboard is home base — everything that matters about your shop, on one screen. Here's a detailed tour.
Today's Cash Collections shows what actually came in today, broken down by payment type. It has its own date range, separate from the rest of the page.
Profit and Loss Between drives everything below it. Pick any two dates, and the whole dashboard recalculates for that window.
Sales, Cost of Sales, Expenses and Profit sit side by side, each with a trend arrow against the period before — red for down, green for up, so you know at a glance if you're ahead or behind.
Money Owed to You totals every outstanding customer balance — click through to chase it. You Owe Vendors is the same idea in reverse, what you still owe for stock you've taken in.
Customers Gone Quiet flags anyone who hasn't bought in a while, and One-Time Buyers surfaces people who bought exactly once — both are shortlists worth a follow-up text.
Low Stock Alert lists anything at or below its reorder level, so you restock before you're actually out.
The Budget panel tracks Sales and Expenses against what you set for the month, with a progress bar for each so you can see how close you are before the month ends.
Further down, Top Owing Customers ranks your biggest outstanding balances, and Open Quotations lists every quote still waiting to be converted into a sale.
And the four buttons at the top — New Sale, Buy Stock, Customers, Receive Payment — are always there, from any page, for the things you do most.
That's the whole Dashboard — one screen, everything that matters about how your shop is doing today.
