A customer says they've sent a transfer? Before the goods leave, open Sales and Customers, Check a Transfer Receipt.
Upload the receipt: the PDF from their bank app, or a screenshot. Then type what they are paying.
Green, looks genuine: credit it to the customer. Orange: check your own bank app first. Red: do not hand over the goods.
A credited receipt waits for the bank until your statement shows the money. For anything big, wait until you see it.
