4.3 Make coupon codes
A code for everyone, and one for each affiliate.

Activity 4.3. Make coupon codes, one for each affiliate.
For a coupon code, press New coupon.
Type the code, or press Make one. Choose percent off or money off, and type the amount.
Optional: a minimum order, and how many times each shopper can use it. Leave Also take it off items already on offer unticked. It's safer.
For an affiliate, choose them under Give credit to an affiliate. Orders with DOZIE10 count as Dozie's sales. Press Save coupon.
Shoppers type the code at checkout, under Have a coupon code.
