Typing a sale the way you’d say it, collecting payment, and why the app keeps working with no signal.
Selling with Quick Sell while offline.
Quick Sell is Android-only: type the item the way you’d say it — "Zoom" or "3 Zoom @900" for three at ₦900 each — and quantity and price are read out of what you typed.
Tap the customer row to attach a real customer if the sale isn’t fully paid — left as Cash — walk-in, the balance belongs to nobody.
Type the item, or tap a quick-pick chip for a fast mover.
Apply Discount, Tax or Loyalty if needed.
With items in the cart, the footer button turns into a green Collect button for the full amount. Tap it, or Save Invoice for a credit sale.
Choose a payment type and Save Invoice. Pay Balance opens Collect Payment, pre-filled with the amount and method.
After collecting, the app offers a shareable or downloadable receipt immediately — right on the invoice.
The Android app has a working payment receipt on the invoice itself. The web invoice does not — see "Ring up a sale and issue an invoice" for the workaround there.
Everything you enter is saved to the phone first, whether or not there is a network, and pushed up when a connection returns. The badge on Sale Center reads ✓ Synced when the phone matches the server, or Sync now in amber when it is holding unsynced records.
Check the badge before the day’s records matter. A phone that has been out of signal holds sales nobody else can see — get it onto Wi-Fi and confirm the badge before closing up or handing the device over.
